Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and selected shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect goods once they are in transit.

 

Processing Time

In-stock pieces are processed and shipped within two business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. To inquire about the status of your order, please email us at info@ofirajewels.com and include your order number. A member of our client services team will provide an update within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

 

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order pieces require approximately four to eight weeks for production, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Exact lead times will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

International Duties & Tariffs
For orders shipped outside the United States, local duties, tariffs, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the client. Ofira Jewels is not responsible for any additional fees assessed at customs. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Delivery and Security

All orders ship via insured FedEx and require an adult signature upon delivery. Same-day messenger service is available within Manhattan upon request, subject to availability and fees. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange.

All shipments are insured until signed for at the delivery address.
