Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Each Ofira Jewels piece is made with exceptional care. Because of the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Select pieces may be eligible for resizing or repair. Please email us with your request, and our team will confirm options and costs.

Jewelry Care & Materials

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted in 18k gold and set with the highest quality natural diamonds and precious stones. Each stone is carefully selected for brilliance and authenticity.

How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend avoiding exposure to lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching.

Do you provide certification for diamonds?
Yes. Many of our diamond pieces come with GIA or other recognized certifications. Please inquire at the time of purchase for details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every order is presented in signature Ofira Jewels packaging. Complimentary gift wrapping and personalized notes are available upon request.
